THIS PURCHASE IS FOR FORTY-NINE DIGITAL FILES ONLY! NO ACTUAL PRODUCT WILL BE SHIPPED.

FREQUENTLY ASKED QUESTIONS:

★ WORKS ON STRAIGHT TUMBLERS ONLY - You will need to measure and size your tumbler. 

★ THIS IS NOT A CUT FILE. These are flattened images and no layers are available.

★ NO WATERMARK will be on your file once purchased. 

★ There are many different tumbler suppliers and sizes, please note that you may need to RESIZE your tumbler image to fit your tumbler.

★ YOU MUST HAVE Knowledge of sublimation and use of the necessary equipment.

★ Do NOT purchase if you don't know how to resize templates.

★ If you use EPOXY and are using this as a waterslide or tattoo, you will have to RESIZE each time as the thickness of the tumbler will differ.

★ You must use external software to print these designs, such as Adobe Photoshop, Affinity Designer, Adobe Photoshop Elements, Corel, or Free Silhouette Design Studio.

★ You must know that your software can handle these types of files. Cricut users, these files are too big to use as a print and cut, you will not be able to print from Cricut.

DISCLAIMERS 

◆ Actual print colors may differ slightly from colors on screen.

◆ There will not be watermarks on your images when the digital file is delivered.

◆ Our mockups shown are trying to represent colors as true as possible, however how your design prints are dependent on your printer, paper, and your inks, and how it is displayed on your monitor, as monitors may all display slightly differently.

By purchasing any "INDUSTRIALfringe" designs, you are agreeing to the following terms and licensing. Violation of the terms will mean loss of license and reporting of copyright infringement. Please ask any questions you have prior to purchasing.

SUMMARY

You can use these designs for up to 100 physical end products (like mugs, t-shirts, cups, ornaments, etc), but you can never sell/share/redistribute/modify the digital designs for any reason.

DIGITAL FILES & REFUNDS

I only sell DIGITAL FILES! No physical product will be sent. As digital files are sent immediately after payment, I cannot accept any refunds. Please contact me if you have problems with your design.

YOU CAN

Use my files for personal and small home business use to create physical products. You may sell up to 100 items in physical form using our designs. Any additional 100 requires a repurchase.

YOU CANNOT

You CANNOT display a mockup of my design anywhere online without watermarking it. My designs must be covered with a watermark.

You CANNOT use any part of my file to create digital files for sale.

You CANNOT resell or modify my files, or any of its contents, as a digital file and then resell it.

You CANNOT make my images available for digital download, resell or redistribute them as is or modified, in digital form.

You CANNOT use my products in any digital format for sale.

You CANNOT claim authorship in any form of my designs.

You CANNOT share, rent or sell any of my designs in digital format, nor claim the file as your own at any time.
